What we’re looking for
- Solid chess skills (min. 1500 Elo or equivalent) and strong coaching background
- Experience and passion in working with kids aged 3 and above and making lessons fun
- Clear, friendly English communication
- Based in Thailand, preferably Bangkok
- Availability for online, on-site classes
- Reliable internet; basic hardware if teaching online
Your mission
- Deliver energetic, story-based lessons following our Armor curriculum
- Write insightful class reports after each session using our in-house application
- Use our point-and-reward system to keep student’s motivation high
- Optionally help at camps, tournaments, or group classes
