I look at each student individually and teach according to their personal needs. I emphasize practical exercises so the student can apply lessons to real chess games and see continuous improvement in results. My goals for a student are to help them become a strong chess player, but also to learn how to study chess and analyze their own games to improve themselves. I enjoy chess and as a teacher, the most important thing is that my students enjoy chess.
