Common Questions
Everything about the Nana class
Where is the Sunday class held?
The class takes place at our venue on Sukhumvit Soi 13 — a short walk from BTS Nana (Exit 1). Plenty of street-level parking is also available nearby.
What level does my child need to be?
This class is designed for upper beginners and above — children who already know how the pieces move and have played some games. Complete beginners will struggle to keep up; we recommend our Saturday Asoke class or a private lesson first.
What age is the class for?
We recommend ages 6–12. Younger children often do better with Chess Story Time; older or more advanced students may be ready for private coaching.
How much does it cost?
The first class is completely free. After that, each 1.5-hour session costs 4 credits from our credit package system. See the Fees page for package pricing.
What should my child bring?
Nothing at all — we provide boards, pieces, and all materials. Just come ready to play!
Is the class taught in Thai or English?
The class is taught in English. Our coach can support in Thai for children who need it.
